Ippon Sports Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
Please read this waiver and release of liability (“Waiver”) carefully before participating in any activities at Ippon Sports. By signing this Waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the below terms and conditions.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in martial arts activities at Ippon Sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, contact with other participants, and the potential for injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and acknowledge that Ippon Sports and its instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur due to my participation in these activities.
Physical Condition and Medical Clearance: I now confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no known medical conditions that would prohibit my participation in martial arts activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional to obtain medical clearance if I have any concerns or pre-existing medical conditions.

Personal Property: I am solely responsible for the safety and security of my personal belongings while on the premises of Ippon Sports. I acknowledge that Ippon Sports and its staff are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur during my participation in the activities.

Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in martial arts activities at Ippon Sports, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, now release, discharge, and hold harmless Ippon Sports, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the activities, regardless of whether the negligence of Ippon Sports or otherwise causes such loss, damage, injury, or death.

Photographic and Video Release: I grant Ippon Sports permission to use photographs and/or videos taken during my participation in martial arts activities for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, advertising materials, and publications, without any further compensation or notice.

I have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I voluntarily and knowingly agree to its terms and conditions. I understand that by signing this Waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Ippon Sports for any injury or damages incurred during my participation.
