Sensei Michelle is a Judo and Jiu-Jitsu black belt (BJJ)
Sensei Michelle is from Brazil and she received her Bachelor’s degree in physical education from Methodist University (Unimep).
Sensei Michelle is a Judo and Jiu-Jitsu black belt (BJJ), and holds multiple BJJ championships as World Champion, NoGi world champion, PanAmerican Champion, Brazilian nationals champion, South America champion, and American Nationals. She is also armature MMA fighter, Judo black belt, and a former professional judo athlete and champion.
Sensei Michelle loves working with kids of all ages, and she finds joy in teaching martial arts to kids. Michelle believes that “martial arts is a perfect way to help your children work on self defense techniques, coordination, confidence, discipline and respect while also having a lot of fun.
