Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

What age can my child start?

Our Mini Ninjas program accepts children as young as 2.5 years old. This introductory class focuses on basic motor skills and martial arts fundamentals in a fun, play-based environment.

Will my child get hurt?

Safety is our top priority. All techniques are age-appropriate, and our instructors hold degrees in Physical Education. Classes are structured to minimize contact while maximizing learning.

How does martial arts help with bullying?

We teach children to stand up for themselves assertively—not aggressively. Kids gain the confidence to set boundaries, the awareness to avoid dangerous situations, and the physical skills to protect themselves if absolutely necessary.

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We offer a free trial class so your child can experience our program before committing. It's the best way to see if Ippon Sports Academy is the right fit for your family.
